Starter Session

Are you unsure of exactly what help you need in your renovation? You may need lots of help or just a steer in the right direction? This is a great starter consultation to see if working with Kate is for you. 

This can be as structured or unstructured as you like. A general chat on a house you’ve either bought or are planning to bid on.

To get the most out of these sessions it’s best to have:

• Daft/My Home listings with photos and basic floor plans with measurements 
• If it’s more design and styling you need help with, some images or Pinterest boards will help
• Full eircode with Google Maps satellite view help see the aspect and any potential shadowing from neighbouring structures

After an hour session you can expect some rough sketches/layouts of a room, palette ideas, supplier recommendations or a style board for one room as required.

If you decide to go ahead with more detailed room designs, the initial session price will be taken off total cost.
